Account Manager
Location: London, office based with some flexibility to WFH
Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum (+ bonus & benefits )
About the role:
· pro-active account management of a large portfolio of clients including SME & mid-corporate customers, and financial services partners
· build a strategic account plan for our top value customer accounts, and build excellent relationships with key stakeholders across client businesses, dividing your time in the best way between accounts
· take responsibility for ensuring revenue targets are achieved and client satisfaction is maintained (growth through identifying opportunities to cross/up sell to existing accounts)
· work closely with the internal teams to drive performance, and externally within the clients to ensure any issues are managed and dealt with
· delivering growth & renewals as per target
· act as an escalation point for any problems or issues, representing the company as a product evangelist
About you:
· you will be skilled at building & maintaining excellent client relationships within client accounts
· you will have a track record of managing a varied portfolio & have experience of cross selling / up selling & growing revenue from existing accounts
· having a pro-active and highly driven approach to the role, it's important to be flexible and motivated
· able to work both as part of a wider team as well as independently, able to cross-check and maintain an excellent level of reporting & data about your portfolio
