Job scope
As Performance and Reward specialist you will report into the Chief People Officer, you will own and manage performance management, compensation, recognition and reward. You will lead on all compensation activities including salary benchmarking and implementing annual and off-cycle salary increase processes. You will lead on people analytics, and provide relevant dashboards and reports.
