Senior Consultant -Acceptance
Location- Hammersmith

BASIC FUNCTION:

1. Responsible for the Business Planning and Coordination function within the EMEA Global Acceptance Team, including team wide adoption of SalesForce and the construction and maintenance of effective sales and implementation pipeline tools
2. Manage the internal delivery of all contracts, including Incentive and License agreements, including the securing of all internal approvals and signatures. This will require high levels of oversight, continual monitoring, regular reporting and high levels of engagement with members of the GA Team as well as other internal Stakeholders.
3. Manage the internal approving, submission and routing of all incentive related invoices, this will require a detailed understanding of the Vendore set-up, management and Accounts Payable Team activities
4. Compile, maintain and deliver ‘Monthly Business Review’ tracking documentation and schedule, coordinate and host monthly Business Review meetings to monitor progress against goals, highlight roadblocks and identify process improvement
5. Based on the Sales Pipeline, manage the Budget Forecasting activity, and provide regular, (monthly) as well as adhoc updates. This will require constant engagement with members of the EMEA GA team as well as colleagues in the Finance Team
6. Conduct desk based market analysis to compile market reports to aid strategic discussions and decisions
7. Conduct desk based analysis of Partner Performance and prepare materials for monthly / quarterly partner meetings.

KEY SKILLS/COMPETENCIES and PROFICIENCY LEVELS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Finance based Subject or MBA or Equivalent Experience.
• 5-8 years plus in IT solutions Sales Teams, possibly in a Coordination / Administration role ideally to include Payment industry experience, possibly in the Card Acquiring or PSP business.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Own the EMEA GA Planning and Strategy Function
o Conduct research to determine market gaps and identify growth opportunities
o Conduct analysis on Partner Performance to support regular partner update meetings and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for business expansion
o Conduct Monthly Business Reviews for all sub-teams of GA, EMEA Team, including organization of meetings and ensuring that relevant reports are accurately prepared.
o Responsible for collection and submission of internal weekly and monthly exec updates.
o Support teams with annual planning and PMO liaison with HQ PMO.

• Salesforce SME and coordinator on behalf of the EMEA GA Team
o Own the implementation and management of sales force, including identifying and driving change requests.

• Contract Management.
o Be the DFS Legal team’s trusted business partner for GA EMEA.
o Responsible for the submission, monitoring, tracking and reporting of all contracts as they move through our internal approvals process

• Invoice Processing
o Be the DFS Accounts Payable trusted business partner for GA EMEA.
o Submit invoices and ensure all relevant documents are on file to make payment
o Oversee the timely set-up of new vendors as necessary.

• Budget Forecasting and Management
o Be the DFS Finance team’s trusted business partner for GA EMEA
o Manage (keep oversight and be familiar with projects and changes in budget) the EMEA budget Forecasting tool
o Train new team members on it’s use as necessary

• Due Diligence Tracking
o Be Due Diligence’s trusted business partner for GA EMEA
o monitor and document status/tracking/outstanding issues
o organize and lead prioritization calls with Due Diligence
o Business reporting
