Job Description

Central Employment are delighted to be working on a retained basis
with a fast growing tech and marketing firm as they seek an Affiliate
Marketing Manager (Online Gaming). Based in from the HQ in Newcastle,
they need an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive and
promote their growing online gaming brands.

They currently run a portfolio of global casino, slots and bingo
websites. Marketing these websites using various digital marketing
techniques, as well as some more traditional above the line marketing
methods. One of their main channels is affiliate marketing, with over
100 affiliates actively promoting our brands. They are a young and
vibrant team and have a very nimble and agile approach to movements in
industry trends and technological advancements.

Affiliate Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

* Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of clients
affiliate marketing programmes

* Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and

* Negotiation and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners

* Identify new client opportunities

* Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results and devising
strategies to move forward

* Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through
regular contact

* Proactively managing your online marketing budget

* Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and
spread sheets

* Establishing channels of communication to ensure all affiliates
and partners have access to marketing tools, and developing
bespoke marketing materials when required

Affiliate Marketing Manager Requirements:

* Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Account Management or digital
marketing gained from a digital agency or in-house

* A major passion for online gaming

* Proven planning and organisational skills

* Highly analytical and able to demonstrate ongoing campaign

* Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed
decisions and to drive profitability

* Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)

* Experience with CPA, CPC and CPM and revenue share payment methods

* Dynamic self driven proactive team player
