CRM Manager - Online Gaming - CASINO

An established and successful online gaming and sports betting company require a CRM Manager to develop and implement the CRM strategy. Your focus will be to increase customer lifetime value across the Casino product, by growing the retention programme and collaborating with teams to ensure strategy alignment.

You will have previous management and online gaming experience.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 1 years' experience managing a CRM team, strategically and operationally
  • Experience of Exact Target and Google Analytics preferred
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of CRM including industry standards, best practices

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating efforts of CRM team and meet customer requirements
  • Measuring, reporting and optimising all CRM activities across Casino
  • Developing KPI framework
  • Working with team leaders - implementing personalisation strategies
  • Identifying gaps, developing new processes and procedures and ensuring CRM best practice
  • Managing relationships with key business partners
