DESCRIPTION - Fintech - Digital & Content Marketing Manager

Currently recruiting in London

My client is a fast-growing Fintech that is a technology platform for retailers, banks and payment companies that want to offer end-consumers the option to pay for anything in monthly instalments, in-store and online. Retailers that offer instant finance at the point of sale attract more customers, increase average order values and increase conversion rates. They have a great product, and a great team. This position will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and will be key to my client's ambitious plans for growth, working closely with the sales, business and product development teams. This will require a candidate who has worked previously in a similar position and has examples of impressive achievements and is an 'allround' marketer.

Key Accountabilities of the Fintech - Digital & Content Marketing Manager

  • Website, Blog and Landing Page Maintenance and Management - Project zero will be the execution of a new website Social media-
  • Curate content to schedule across multiple platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube in order to Increase engagement
  • Search Engine Optimisation
  • Digital Marketing Activity - PPC, analysis
  • Oversee the development of the Marketing strategy
  • Work with the Sales Director & BDM's to develop 'go to market' campaigns and create high impact best in class digital content
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget

Requirements for the Fintech - Digital & Content Marketing Manager

  • FinTech, Tech/ SaaS experience
  • Experience in B2B Marketing essential
  • Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing : inbound Marketing, UX
  • Excellent written skills with proven experience in developing effective content across multiple channels
  • Well developed understanding of SEO techniques : SEO, PPC etc
  • Experience in implementing and developing a Marketing strategy
  • Organised with a 'cando' attitude
  • Energetic, flexible individual with the confidence to influence individuals at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects

This opportunity will pay a competitive salary up to £50,000 based on experience + performance bonus
