The business is a small team of c 40 people but has SEVEN core departments - Sales, Ops & Launch, Account Management, Advertising Sales, E-Commerce , Marketing and Product- which need to work more seamlessly together. It will be growing to more than 50 people shortly!

The intent is to create a ONE TEAM approach and find more effective and efficient means to delivering delight to their THREE customer groups - namely hotel customers, end users of their handy smartphone/app and brands and agencies who buy advertising from them. This role would be ideal for an rising star in Operations who has had significant experience of running a sizeable team with complexity. My client are an extremely fast moving travel-tech startup and as such things change and pivot all the time.


  • Spearheads all efforts to monetize the mobile touchpoint through its engagement with its end-users (B2C)
  • Owns and maintains global e-commerce platform
  • Responsible for tours, ticketing and all other e-commerce sales on the platform
  • Consistently identifies new areas for growth and development
  • Establishes and maintains global standards for e-commerce on the platform
  • Sets standards and ensures global compliance for usage of the platform by all regions globally
  • Develop, track and report key KPIs to senior management
  • Responsible for the global e-commerce team
  • Manages the global e-commerce team to consistently maximize global revenues
  • Responsible for global partnerships with global technology companies, payment networks and other global partners
