Implementation Consultant - Windsor - EPOS / Hospitality industry

Working with a global technology provider with a high volume of upcoming projects due to securing a number of contracts. The requirement is for an Implementation Consultant to work with various new and existing clients, providing POS implementation guidance and training throughout the implementation process; ensuring clients are sufficiently prepared and capable to on-board their new technology.

You will work with clients in the Hospitality sector and gain a deep understanding of their requirements, offering a consultative approach and efficient solution to match those requirements. Because of this it is crucial that the successful candidate has previous technical implementation experience within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and /or work experience in the hospitality and / or technology field(s).
  • 2 to 3 years experience in system support or implementation for POS products.
  • Previous full SDLC implementation experience.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Great work ethic; will go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
  • Knowledge of standard MS Office products.
  • Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule. Travel is a frequent aspect of this position.
  • Experience and equal comfort with Linux and Windows command line tools
  • Admin experience for Linux-based AND Windows based systems or web servers
