Account Director - Retail Strategy, System Integration and Managed Services

Our client is a Global Ecommerce Solution provider, working with the world's largest retailers and high profile brands offering Retail Strategy, System Integration and Managed Services.
They are looking to strengthen their team by hiring an experienced Account Director to build and maintain excellent working relationship with key clients.
The objective of the Account Director role is to grow existing business levels across their designated client base leading to successful long term renewals and developing additional business opportunities and generating revenue through additional services.
They should enable customer service at the highest level, building and enhancing relationships with their clients, acting as the prime relationship point of contact responding to escalated concerns and resolving engagement issues.
Skills and experiences required for the Account Manager:
*Must have a minimum 7 years experience in retail/E-commerce
*Experience in Retail Strategy/Consultancy, System Integration (Demandware or Hybris would be an advantage) and Managed Services
*Proven track record achieving revenue figures (demonstrate deal values of £0.5 million - yearly target £1m to £1.5m revenue)
*A proven track record in C-Level engagement and with multiple stakeholders
*Build and maintain excellent working relationship with key client contacts including influencers and budget holders
*Identify and develop new relationships with key influencers within the business to assist in account development
*Strong leadership skills - working with a variety of internal teams (including delivery, project management, consultants, support, finance)
