TITLE: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR / PROJECT COORDINATOR
MARKET - Print / POS / Digital
BASIC: £20-25k basic (dep on experience)
AREA: Middlesex / West London

Experience needed;

???Must have some previous experience as an Account Executive / Client Services Coordinator / Client Services Executive / Project Coordinator
???Must have some experience of working in a similar print industry such as Print Management / POS / Point of Sale / Artwork / Graphics / Packaging / Design / Marcomms / Marketing Agency

ROLE:
-An on-site role to work at the client's premises (to work for an agency / supplier).
-A dual client services and project coordination role
-Focus on multi-tasking and managing the communication and expectations of various people
-Provide day-to-day administrative and support services.
-Support and co-ordination of clients work.
-To take briefs, ensure these are on the internal system & relay to the team.
-Project managing the process through to completion.
-Liaise with external suppliers and building good relationships.
-Acting as the main point of contact for clients and communicating information across the supply chain.
-Liaising with internal production teams for day to day issues.
-Generating instructions between clients and internal colleagues.
-Dealing with client brands, producing necessary paperwork and keeping the client constantly updated throughout the process.
-Creation and implementation of the account strategy in order to deliver business growth.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have experience in a similar project coordination or client services support role encompassing client services and project management.
-Experience in the Print sector or a similar industry
-Excellent client liaison, administrative and project management skills.
-Will be able to empathise with the client but also be tough when necessary.
-Must be extremely organized, customer service focused and be able to use initiative and work autonomously.
-Must be confident face to face, instructing individuals and when in client meetings.
-Experience of working with or around websites, database systems and an understanding of marketing strategy, print and digital would be highly desirable but not essential
