My Client who are a cryptocurrency miner provider which operates very successfully next generation miners for BTC and BCH and related services.

The Account Manager develops and maintains customer relationships through effective understanding of the pricing structure and customer needs. This role involves the exercise of good judgment and discretion, since it is up to the Account Manager to propose solutions that produce sufficient margins and profitability for the company.

Responsibilities will include managing various accounting and operational aspects of the department, including client account analysis, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and rewards programs, and developing the department's financial reporting and maintenance. Your goal will be ensuring that orders are processed and underwritten and that all follow-up items are clearly communicated to the client in a timely way.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Keeping track of all purchase orders from VIP or online
  • Set up and maintain a global customer database
  • Manage and report on product profitability and monitor/adapt pricing model, based on analysis of competitors and customer demand to ensure the company's product pricing is both competitive, and lucrative, and sales meet KPI's and profit targets.
  • Working closely with sales team to establish and maintain a customer rebate system
  • Monitor customer account activity to ensure they qualify for one time or retention rebates.
  • Work closely with the financial team to ensure customer comply to the company's credit and payment policies.
  • Perform customer needs assessment and report findings on a regular basis to improve internal programs and services.
  • Working together with PM and financial team for scheduling the products order and payment to venders
  • Completing ad hoc and project-based reports as requested by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or another relevant field.
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills are required.
  • Required experience in tracking purchase order and account management
  • Good computer proficiency and prior experience in Oracle is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
