As the Account Manager, eCommerce London you will:

  • Manage up to 15 key accounts ensuring complete satisfaction;
  • Proactively positioning other tools and services to existing account's
  • Ensure renewals/ retention rates are met and exceeded


The Account Manager, London should have:

  • Successful prior experience in an Account Manager role;
  • Experience in web development/ web services/ digital services, either in a direct or agency setting;
  • Experience selling into eCommerce
  • Experience in up-selling and retention within accounts;
  • Ideally come from a Digital Marketing background, or understand website creation, SEO or similar;
  • Possibly from a payment solution of SaaS background;
  • Be proactive in outreach
