Acquiring Corporate Sales Manager
What you will be doing:

At Realex you will bring to a key market vertical the technology that handles billions in payments each year. You’ll own the development and execution of a sales strategy for one of our critical, high value markets. This is fundamental to our business. You’ll be responsible for growing the customer base of thousands of businesses that already depend on our products to accept payments online. In short, you’ll drive a key part of our rapid growth plans…and get to tell the world about some cool technology.

•We’re passionate about empowering people; you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive “go to market” strategy for a particular market vertical.
•We love to deliver, and we’ll expect you to generate, build, and maintain a substantial sales pipeline.
•You’ll generate leads both directly and indirectly via channel partners working in conjunction with the channel management team.
•We’re crisp and detail oriented, so you’ll ensure all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up-to-date.
•We’re a collaborative bunch and you’ll work closely with all key internal stakeholders to maximise business development opportunities including Marketing, Channel, Product and Corporate Account Management team.
•You’ll provide accurate and timely market information on your selected market sector to help drive the development of future marketing and product strategies.
•We’re all about engaging with people; you’ll complete and present tender responses, present to customers and channel partners and attend sector specific events.
•We work in a fast-moving set-up, so expect to pitch in with other responsibilities from time to time also.

What qualities you will bring:

Planning & Delivery •Proven ability to hunt for new business; with excellent experience of the full sales life cycle.
•Proven experience of selling the following suite of services; merchant acquiring/payment acceptance, commercial cards and payments, digital offers (vouchers) and Point-of-sale finance (POS loans) to corporate level merchants
•Ability to demonstrate a strong analytical, planning and strategic approach
•The ability to demonstrate a strong sales planning approach at both a sector and opportunity level
•Experience in a medium and long-term, consultative sales cycle with a strong attention to detail and evidence of this
Communication Skills & Relationship Management•Articulate, confident and tenacious, with the credibility and gravitas to build relationships with executives at all business levels
•The ability to influence others
Quality Orientation•The highest level of presentation and documentation skills
•A highly motivated and driven individual focused on achieving and exceeding targets
•Personable and approachable, with an enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for excellence

It also helps if you have:
Technical & Industry Expertise•An extensive network is desirable
•Exposure to online/ Saas sales would be an advantage but not pre-requisited
