We are a global IT Services Specialist who works closely with the leading players in the payments space to deliver cutting-edge, effective payments systems, solutions & services.

How will I add value?

You will provide business analysis and product owner activities to support projects across our payments client’s portfolio. You’ll deliver high-quality analysis, insights and documentation throughout the lifecycle of projects across our portfolio. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Delivery Partners and Product Owners to support the client, turning visions into reality through high-quality analysis. You’ll understand requirements and business drivers, work closely and collaboratively with Agile development teams and produce and obtain sign-off of requirements.

Your background will include:

Detailed practical experience of multiple retail Payment Schemes – SCT Inst, SEPA, FPS, RTGS etc.
In-depth understanding of ISO20022 payment messages and the usage of specific fields within those messages
Awareness of industry initiatives impacting the Payments environment
Use of UML diagrams including Sequence Diagrams, State Diagrams and Use Cases using a modelling tool (or Visio)
Creation and elaboration of User Stories using industry best practices and maintaining a product backlog in Jira
Experience of working in a Kanban or Scrum software development environment, always focusing on delivery of business value
Excellent analytical skills and a passion for the detail – the candidate must demonstrate an ability to logically divide up a problem, identify and resolve contradictions and ambiguities
Excellent level of knowledge required within payments.
