Business Development Manager, EPOS Systems into retailers, Home Based, £40-60k Basic + Commission + Car Allowance + Benefits.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding London based firm that provides a ground breaking Electronic Point of Sale System for the home improvements industry.

This innovative firm is seeking a Business Development Manager that is able to open doors with major multiple retail chains across all sectors and expand the presence of the companies EPOS platform in the field. You must have proven sales experience within retail infrastructure or retail 'back office' i.e you have sold products such as shop fitting, retail furniture, EPOS systems, home improvement products, racking, shelving etc. Additionally, if you have sold retail finance previously, please apply.

This role will be very new business focused and would ideally suit a real new business hunter gatherer.

This role is all about increasing connectivity, generating new leads and building new relationships. You would be expected to train and educate the retail merchants once onboarded as to how to use the EPOS platform and maintain strong relationships with all merchants.

This organisation is backed significantly by venture capitalists and boasts the opportunity for future progression and leadership. A sales team will be built around this successful candidate, and a comprehensive training programme will be provided.

You will be highly consultative in your sales approach and have exceptional customer management and account development abilities. You must also be a natural communicator across all levels and have a creative streak and a desire to provide total customer satisfaction.

To apply you must have previous experience in some of the following:

* You must have 7-15 years' experience working in the home improvements industry;
* You must have sold retail finance solutions before;
* You must have sold finance solutions before;

As this role is field based, you will be based from home when not on client visits. You must be highly autonomous, organised and driven as you will not be micro managed.
