Business Development Manager

Are you experienced in B2B business development and account management ?

My client is a leading payment provider of B2B services and solutions that enabling transactions to take place smoothly. With a global presence and international customers, they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help them grow on the next step of their journey.
This role is vital to the success of the Company’s business growth.
Job Purpose:
You will:
• Grow the organisation’s offering in dedicated sectors
• Actively develop existing customer relationships and new business opportunities
• Provide high quality sales and operational support
Key Objectives & Activities
• Consistently achieve agreed revenue targets
• Maintain and grow existing accounts and seek to develop new business within these accounts and new partners
• Ensure all commercial and operational issues are handled efficiently
• Build strong working relationships with customers at commercial and operational levels
• Day to day management of Customer Relationship Executive
Required Knowledge & Experience
• Strong B2B Sales background within a technical environment
• Ability to handle technical issues
• Card or payment industry knowledge
•  Proactive approach to delivering commercial and operational excellence
• Successful track record of working in a client facing environment
• An organised and structured approach to problem solving
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience in creating Excel reports including pivot tables and graphs
