The Role:
In this Business Development Manager role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across the UK market, prospecting new clients as well as handling a portfolio of existing accounts. Selling these unrivalled EPOS solutions, you will utilize a consultative approach, creating bespoke solutions for each client. Selling into a variety of verticals, with a focus on Retail, you will be liaising with a variety of decision makers within these organisations, building rapport to ensure future upsell opportunities are received well. This B2B role will require a range of sales attributes including - cold calling, appointment setting, account management, relationship building, and lead generating.

The Candidate:
To excel in this role as Business Development Manager it is essential you have experience of selling into the Retail sector, with it being advantageous if this was EPOS related. This position requires a self-motivated and driven new business hunter/new business development manager. It is important that you have excellent communication skills, confidence and the ability to articulate yourself clearly. You should have the ability to understand your client's needs and provide them with expert solutions based on your findings.

The Package:
A basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 p/a is available for the right Business Development Manager with a lucrative commission structure bringing the OTE up to £40,000.
