  • This is a consultative sales role calling on enterprise clients across Canada - $10MM - $100MM in annual card volume
  • Sales cycle: 3-6 months, upwards of 8+ months for larger deals.
  • Work from home opportunity - candidates must be available to travel via car to meet with clients.
  • 100% net new client acquisition - SDR support will be provided.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Net new client acquisition - you will lead the entire sales process from initial call through to close. This process will require multiple touchpoints and presentations with several departments including Finance, IT and the End User Group.
  • Build proposals that speak to the prospect's needs and objectives.
  • Attending trade shows, networking events and building value with clients.
  • Working from a home office; expected to maintain an organized schedule and to drive pipeline opportunity and revenue.
Candidate Profile
  • 3-7 years of consultative sales experience targetting mid-market to enterprise accounts. Experience in field sales, specifically net new client acquisition is a must. Our ideal candidate hails from a SaaS or eCommerce background.
  • You're a strategic and consultative professional with above average communication skills and business acumen. It is imperative that you have previously interacted with c-suite executives within enterprise accounts.
  • Attitude - we are looking for high performing and value-added sales consultants to join the team. It's imperative that you understand how to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
