  • Our associates are the equity of this business - the Chief of Staff will drive our Associate People Agenda which includes Associate communications, Town Halls, Recognition and Rewards programs, Team Building, & Associate engagement
  • They will serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the leadership team to ensure business activities are aligned to Commercial Card's overall objectives
  • They will be the catalyst for improved structure and cohesion of the leadership team by creating effective rhythms for the team through team meetings, off sites, leadership conferences, and strategic travel (site-visits)
  • They will serve as the main point of contact for horizontal partners to improve overall well-managed efforts across the business (finance, HR, recruiting, onboarding, technology, etc.)
  • They will be asked to lead independent projects and initiatives as necessary for the success of the team
  • Finally, they will lead Performance Management efforts in partnership with Human Resources (talent management, cross calibrations)
  • Demonstrated abilities to build relationships and influence at a wide range of levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive change, resulting in a cohesive and high performing team
  • Strong professional presence with ability to present to senior leaders in Commercial
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident to champion unpopular ideas
  • Courageous - not afraid of tackling large, complicated issues and asking tough questions
  • An innovator - a creative thinker who is not afraid to suggest new ideas
  • Has discretion in handling highly sensitive issues
  • A Bachelor's Degree, equivalent work experience or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in project and/or process management
  • At least 2 years of experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately
  • Willing to travel up 30-50% of the time
