Client Relationship Manager
Company: ComplianceOnline is a digital information business which provides clients in the gambling industry with legal and regulatory insight. We are a team of industry professionals, journalists, lawyers and researchers who have created resource of news, analysis, commentary, and market intelligence. Our service is based on an annual subscription and our clients include some of the leading Online, Casino, Law Firms and Regulators, who operate within the global gambling industry. We are an ambitious company seeking an equally ambitious team member who can assist in growing the North American market.

Job Description: Your main responsibilities include supporting the management team to ensure that our clients receive the information they require. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management system, prepare demonstrations and proposals for clients, update clients on our products/services and renew clients’ subscriptions in a timely manner. Your work will enable the company to grow its foot print among its existing client base, launch new products, and improve customer satisfaction and revenue.

Requirements and Qualifications: We are looking for a team member with strong skills in planning, organizing, presenting, oral and written communication. You will be a self-starter who can manage time efficiently and is able to work on multiple projects and accounts simultaneously. Having previous experience in a Business Development, Sales or Account Management position is preferable. Also any experience in renewable subscription products and CRM database systems, such as Salesforce, will be advantageous.

We see this a development opportunity for the ideal candidate and will provide full training and a thorough grounding in the gambling industry to enable the individual to progress to a client facing role leading major accounts.

Salary – £24,000 - £28,000, based on Experience
