As they are experiencing high sign up rates and rapid growth they are hiring for a number of key roles

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Client Servicing role is varied and interesting. You will be dealing with large corporate and small UK and Global clients.

- Card transaction processing queries
- Provisioning of processing services
- Troubleshooting (line 1/2) developer api queries
- General product help
- Advising on payment solutions to fit customer needs / business objectives

Knowledge Required;
- Card transaction processing
- Data security and PCI DSS
- Data manipulation/analysis using in-house tools

Essential skills:
- Excellent listening and understanding skills
- Excellent at trouble-shooting
- Excellent communicator
- Self starter with a can do attitude
- Aptitude for understanding of payment and accounting business processes

Desirable skills
- Knowledge/experience of working with data (eg XML, CSV)
