My client has over 5 million Commercial cards issued in 100 + countries and supporting 64 currencies. Their B2B solutions operate in over 50 markets. Overall, they look after 10,000 Institutional Clients with 81% of Fortune Global 500 Clients and as a business globally process 3 trillion USD of client payments daily, supporting 9000 of these for their Liquidity Structures. They have 100 + locations and support transactions in 140 currencies

About the Role:
The role of the B2B Product Team is to manage the suite of capabilities that cater to our client's procurement needs. The focus is on purchasing cards, Virtual Card Accounts (VCA) and a number of data tools (Association driven L3 data, Global Card Management System, Custom Reporting System, Virtual Card platform). The role is based in London and reports to the EMEA Commercial Cards B2B Product Head

Responsibilities:
The B2B Product Manager position focuses on leading growth and product development for the B2B product in the Commercial Cards team (Virtual Payments & Purchasing Card)
  • Help to define the B2B Commercial Cards Product Strategy
  • End-to-end management of my client's B2B cards offering including Purchasing cards, Virtual Card Accounts, Meetings Cards and Department Cards including coordination with internal and external partners
  • Manage, maximise and track P&L
  • Execute on annual plan and mid-year forecast and track vs actuals
  • Analyse customer and product profitability and position in the market for the B2B cards products
  • Set and review unit cost targets, pricing and contract terms
  • Understand the product regulatory environment and ensure compliance
  • Formulate the product packaging, development, positioning and distribution strategy
  • Sales and presentation support
  • Execute technical tool and interface demos for clients and internal training
  • Manage partner and strategic business relationships.
What we are looking for:
  • Understand Cards business dynamics and grow product experience in a fast growing Corporate Card business
  • Engaging in opportunities with fintech players
  • Client relationship management (both over the phone and face to face)
  • Planning and execution skills relating to customer portfolios
  • Prior experience of the card payments industry preferred
  • Knowledge of the P2P and Procurement process a plus
  • Good understanding of the EMEA cards market
  • Good understanding or knowledge of file delivery and technology is an advantage
  • Ability to deliver technical demos
  • Package the product according to market dynamics
  • Possess strong relationship management skills, managing multiple projects in a pressurised environment to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met
