Would you like to work for an innovative and rapidly expanding global personal finance and payments FinTech based in Central London? Would you relish the challenge of managing all things compliance and risk for them? Do you love working for technology / Fintech startups? This is a fantastic opportunity to join at an early stage and be responsible for:

- Setting up the risk and compliance framework

- To be a full member of the Senior Management Team, and liaise with the Board on any compliancematters

- To be the designated and/or registered Compliance Oversight and Money Laundering Reporting Officer

- To ensure the completion of regulatory returns and be the key relationship contact for the FCA and the third party providers

- To be the point of contact for any FCA variation of permission orrequirements

- To undertake, oversee or manage as appropriate and propose improvements in the following:

- Anti-money laundering, including submission of reports to the National Crime Agency

- Data protection and compliance to EuropeanGDPR

- Professional Indemnity claims and annual PIrenewal

- Setup a Due Diligence structure to approve and onboard new partners

- Manage and run compliance monitoring

You'll be a great fit if you thrive in an constantly changing startup environment, enjoy working remotely, have the judgement and innovative approach to balance commercial and compliance risks, and would like to take a step up and provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to the team onstrategy.

To apply for this role you should have Compliance generalist experience working for a regulated business (ideally payments, credit cards, or e-money related), some experience of GDPR or MiFID is desirable (not essential), and you will have the broad compliance experience and confidence to run this function and manage relationships with the FCA and third parties.
