|Customer On-boarding Executive with previous B2B customer service experience working in the financial and banking sector, preferably within the Payments space.
You will be accountable for co- coordinating and managing the joint discovery, technical implementation and on-boarding of customers. You will therefore be capable of engaging and managing senior external stakeholders, eager to learn and influence.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• Previous B2B customer service experience of working in financial and banking sector, preferably within the Payments space
• Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer satisfaction
• Ability to balance a strong customer focus with the capability and needs of the organisation
• Clear written and oral communication, including creating high quality documentation
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor when necessary, while remaining a team player at all times
• Ability to clearly formulate ideas, and articulate, influence and implement them
Desirable Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• PRINCE 2 qualified
• Ability to create & maintain Microsoft Project Plans
