The business provides its clients with a leading cloud-based Order-to-Cash Accounts Receivable suite that enables them to automate processes, reduce costs and improve cash collection efficiencies resulting in increased cash flow. Our SaaS platform enables customers to get paid faster by automating manual and time-consuming tasks.

The Digital Marketing Manager Role:

We are looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. With the pending launch of a new platform and solution, now is an exciting time to join the theTeam. Working closely with the Management Team, you will be responsible for devising, developing and driving a comprehensive marketing plan for the business that supports our aggressive growth plans. This is a strategic position within the business, your drive and strategy will be a leading part of the development and growth of the business

The role encompasses management of the following elements:

+ Develop strong and innovative marketing strategies including web, SEO, PPC, email, social media and advertising
+ Create and maintain relationships with trade publications, industry organisations and figure heads within the credit control market place
+ Creates engaging content for use by the sales team with Prospects and Clients
+ Ensure that DI keep up to date with the latest marketing technologies and methods
+ Creation and management of DI marketing strategy in partnership with Director of Business Development.

Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for the following:

+ Creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements and other marketing related projects
+ Develop and maintain the brand based on current value proposition
+ Day to day management of website to ensure PPC, SEO and Prospect/Client journeys optimised to attract new business
+ Creation, delivery and assessment of marketing campaigns to target markets and audiences
+ Deliver and manage new website
+ Creation and management of marketing databases
+ Work alongside the sales team to identify target markets, ideal customers and key messages. Develop and deliver supporting marketing activity to support acquisition of new Prospects/Clients
+ Analyse all marketing activity to ensure success and value for money, suggest and implement changes where data supports
+ Collaborate with third party agencies to deliver appropriate market material, negotiate rates and ensure quality of delivery
+ Be internal advocate for the brand and culture
+ Analyse current market trends and report on what our competitors are doing to feed into our product development backlog
+ Work with the Head of Product to identify gaps in the market which our product suite can/could fill
+ Help to create a consistent brand not just across our marketing material but also our product UI and design.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following:

+ Will need to be both strategic and hands on
+ Proven experience within a technology/software business
+ Experience of managing marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing suite
+ Experience managing WordPress websites
+ Can demonstrate successful campaigns delivered through all communications channels
+ Ability to deliver revenue growth through optimised marketing strategy
+ A full understanding of how these activities generate bottom line profit
+ Self-starter who can manage own work load in a productive way.
