We are looking for someone with strong experience in brand partnerships and who has proven strategic and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be forward thinking, energetic, determined and have strong commercial acumen. The role is reporting into the Managing Director

Current clients include Vodafone, Disney, Royal London, Nissan, Intel, Virgin Media, Waitrose, John Lewis, Starbucks, Pepsi, Specsavers and Visa.
The role:
Director, Brand Partnerships Division
The candidate will be working on one of the agencies’ most prestigious accounts in the entertainment sector. Key responsibilities will be leading The Walt Disney Company account, creating brand partnerships strategies, partner selection and engagement plans for EMEA and UK client teams. Understanding the value of partnership assets and partner performance will be a focus for 2016/17. In addition, you will be working with the senior leadership team to develop, build and innovate the brand partnership team at Fuse.
You should have excellent presentation skills, be proactive in identifying and converting new business leads and be dynamic and creative in order to respond to new client briefs with short turnaround times. You would benefit from having interest and experience in film/ entertainment.

• This is a full time contract

Desired skills & experience
• Around 10+ years of experience in partnership marketing
• Relevant experience in the following: strategic consultancy, brand to brand, partnership activation, experiential, guest experience & events, PR, social, content and evaluation
• Experience of working with large partnerships/ brands and rights holders across sport/ film
• Experience of managing more junior members of staff, ensuring deliverables are met
• Ability to motivate and inspire the internal team
• Confidence to present to senior people, including CMO level (internal, rights holder and client)
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients (both current & prospective)
• Knowledge across all marketing/ events/ sponsorship functions and able to think across the whole media mix
• Brand to brand experience & creative mind-set would be desirable
• High level of gravitas for interaction with senior management and clients
• Totally fluent in the use of word, excel, PowerPoint
• Challenge their team and not be afraid to recommend changes to current working practices
• Commercial acumen- ability to manage and grow relationships
• Excellent attention to detail, yet ability to multi-task & work at pace
• Super organised and able to work to strict deadlines
• Creative thinker & opportunity spotter, who can translate strategies into ideas & campaigns to sell in to clients
• A self-starter with a can-do, positive, friendly attitude, hungry to progress fast in an organisation where every day is different
• Have an understanding of the contractual process, and able to negotiate basic contracts
