Fontana Regional LTL Driver Pay
Up to $70,000 per year*
$15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers

Responsible for software engineering design for data reports, driving analytical input, insight and developing "what if" conclusions options across for service and operations. Responsibilities include: for Tracking, measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that drive supply chain services operations. Compiling, analyzing and presenting monthly and quarterly reports on Elite Customer metrics.
The analyst will have responsibility for reporting on business operations results, service performance, analyzing overall business performance against corporate plans, performing ad hoc analyses, and any other analysis that will assist management with understanding key business metrics. The incumbent individual will also design, develop, test and maintain reports database inquiries that support day to day operations. Based on findings make recommendations to Supply Chain and Service management to optimize approach action plans around material and personnel.
Provides tactical supply chain management reports to ensure expectations are met relative to delivery, quality and cost versus budgets.
Evaluates profitability of expiring service contracts and recommends action plan based on results.
Creates and delivers personalized performance reports for VIP customers to Service Managers.
Prepares inventory usage reports for planning and purchasing staff.
Maintains and continuously improves the operations tab on Central Park.
Monitors daily production reports for accuracy and timelines.
Creates ad hoc reports for departmental managers as requested including service, operations and contact center.
Analyzes requirements and designs new reports to meet new business initiatives.
Helps automate new and existing reports where applicable; monitors data quality on said reports.
Backs up operations team on key projects where applicable.
Backs up any member of the planning team as required.
Project Management for new customer contract implementation, as required.

Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science.
Three to five (3-5) years experience in a corporate environment. 3rd party hardware service industry or hardware resale experience preferred. Strong analytical skills, process and data, required.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Access using imported data to prepare transaction analysis, investigate discrepancies and present information in a report and graph format.
Report writing capability in multi-formats with data manipulation and high degree of accuracy.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills are required.
Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple high priority assignments with competing deadlines.
Certifications or Licenses None required.
Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with many concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication expertise.
