We are a quality British manufacturer specialising in designing, producing and supplying high quality picture frames, mirrors, framed prints and wall d??cor. As part of the company's planned growth, an opportunity has now arisen for an E-Commerce/ IT Product Administrator to join our friendly office team.

Across a multitude of online platforms, you will be responsible for compiling and exporting daily orders, uploading and maintaining inventory and updating product data. You will need to have extensive experience in an E-commerce role with an excellent understanding of online retail administration teamed with strong IT skills.

This is a varied role which would appeal to an individual who is pro-active and keen to take ownership of their duties. Working in a fast-paced vibrant environment we are looking for a professional, hard-working individual with the ability to work to specified time scales with a very high level of accuracy. You will need excellent attention to detail and be able to organise work flow and feedback to management on all active projects.

Day to day duties would include:

  • Processing daily orders that come in for the factory via an order processing program
  • Uploading products onto various E-Commerce/ Online Shopping platforms
  • Creating images of new products within Photoshop
  • Maintaining accurate inventory lists
  • Assisting with any queries and concerns on the online inventory internal and external
  • Working on product launches to time scales
  • Generate and update online content
  • Create banners, images, promotions etc.
  • Dealing directly with Customers on site when required
  • Dealing with customers enquiries via telephone during busy periods.

The ideal candidate will need to possess the following skills:

  • Experience in the E-Commerce/ Online Shopping industry
  • Excellent IT skills (Photoshop, HTML, Excel)
  • A knowledge of Amazon and Ebay back office systems and Linnworks
  • Precise attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can use their initiative and take responsibility for projects
  • Positive can-do attitude - Excellent team work
  • Take direction well and be able to feedback solutions and concerns
