An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for one of the South Wests most profitable & fast growing brands in the automotive industry!

This friendly team are looking for a motivated individual to support their fast growing e-commerce business, they are looking for someone to further improve the quality of the contents on their website, and other e-commerce outlets for car parts and accessories.

If you have a keen interest in cars too then even better!!

What you will be doing:

  • Collate, analyze and maintain excel parts and product database.
  • Generate and maintain website content (product listings, content, promotions)
  • To work with other team members to plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements.
  • To help build traffic & sales via the website ande-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update product information and content on the website.
  • Maintain product data on spreadsheets for subsequent upload to our e-commerce outlets.
  • Create and edit banners, images and promotions.
  • Report any operational/technical issues arising to the Management Team.
  • Liaise with other department staff i.e. drivers and warehouse to ensure smooth processing of customers' orders.
  • Maintain and contribute to a good and fair working environment for all staff.
  • Respect all staff's views and opinions.
  • Deputisefor other staff members when required.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and as an individual.

Experiencedesirable:

  • An understanding of the methods required to drive traffic to retail websites.
  • Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context.
  • Experience using packages like Excel and Photoshop.
  • Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
  • Familiar with data management
  • Previous experience of website or e-commerce platforms (particularly E-Bay and Amazon)
  • Experience ofMagentowould be a distinct advantage.
