E-Commerce/Multi-channel Executive

The role:

Cream Soda Recruitment is searching for an experienced E-Commerce/Multi-Channel/Trading executive to join our client - a fashion wholesalers based in the heart of Manchester's wholesale quarter! They are one of the UK's leading wholesalers of Men's and Women's fashion accessories. They have cared a name for themselves as specialists for popular, urban, alternative and contemporary.

The candidate:

You will already come from the fashion world, looking to join a digital team with the vision and dedication to help them become a global brand. You will bring creative flair, well researched opinions and digital savvy to the table!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and visually merchandise the fascia of the brands UK, EU and US websites
  • Amazon, eBay and other marketplace platforms maintenance
  • Manage online product offer and web content of the brand and e-commerce pages
  • Research, benchmark and brief seasonal creative campaigns to drive ecommerce sales across the brands website and marketplace properties
  • Own CRM activity - including the creation of customer marketing emails
  • Utilise Shopify, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to report on daily revenue and traffic activities for the business
  • Work with merchandising and operations to constantly understand the product offering across the brands portfolio
  • Liaise with operations to ensure the smooth and financially streamlined processing of orders
  • Work with external marketing and PR agencies to coordinate online trading activity with offline campaigns
  • Liaise with marketing team to ensure product is marketed effectively, maximising sales and driving traffic
  • Helping develop the brands audience through analysis of traffic and best performing content to inform online editorial and social strategy
  • Monitoring social media trends and new platforms/channels
  • Communicate, when necessary, with the customer regarding historic, current or future orders
  • Host weekly trading meetings to showcase upcoming campaigns to the business

SUITABILITY

You will have:

  • You must have worked in a similar role for at least 1 year
  • You will have a passion for fashion
  • A graduate qualification or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing - including PPC, SEO and Social Media
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Strong people skills - and ability to communicate well with our customer
