SUMMARY

Monitors and processes website orders and payments through our verification system, requesting further verification if needed on a daily basis. Responsible to make sure all orders are verified correctly and that deliveries are completed by the date requested by the customers online. Answers incoming calls, assisting customers as needed and replying to emails with questions about product availability, shipping quotes and other general inquiries or complaints and forwarding them to the corresponding departments. Daily follow up to review team voicemails and contact anyone who has left a message to assist them as needed. Assist customers with refunds, exchanges, and service requests. Acts as a liaison between customers and vendors in regards to warranty claims. Keeps track of the pending stock and pending customer list on a daily basis making sure all the information is up to date and advise customer's if there are any container delays. Additionally assists drivers as they call to report deliveries and assist them with issues if any. Also responsible to confirm post-delivery with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

-Verification of order and payments

-Answering incoming calls

-Replying to emails or contact forms

-Providing shipping quotes

-Updating Pending Stock & Pending to Re-schedule

-Receiving driver's reports

-Post-delivery confirmations

-Returning calls for voicemails retrieved during the day

-Posting payment to orders manually placed

-Handling difficult customer cases as requested by Department Manager

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE(Type of education and / or years of experience).

  • High School graduate or equivalent

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Service

LANGUAGE SKILLS (Specify English, Spanish or both. Oral and written).

  • English and Spanish (Fully Bilingual)

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS (If required). Define the specific type of mathematics that the individual uses to perform their daily functions of the job. Basic math, ratios, proportions, percentage etc???
