E-Commerce Customer Service Assistant
West End
£10.00 - £13.00p/h

Our client, a leading retailer within the Arts world, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their busy E-Commerce team to support the online shop over the Christmas peak period. This role is to start from the 1st October and to finish end of January.

E-Commerce Customer Service Duties:
*Assist the E-Commerce team with customer service both online and on the telephone
*Assist the E-Commerce team with order processing both online and offline (mail order, telephone, etc.)
*Assist the E-Commerce team with content management of the website (e.g. adding product to the web site)
*Ensure accurate records are maintained for the fulfilment of orders and customer service
*Liaise with other internal departments as requested
*Any other duties as directed by the E-Commerce Manager

E-Commerce Customer Service Requirements:
*Must have experience of working on a digital website, processing payments for orders for a similar retail client base
*Excellent customer service skills
*Excellent telephone manner (helpful and courteous)
