We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our busy and growing Operations team at this an exciting, contemporary e-commerce jewellery brand.

The Operations Assistant is responsible supporting the operations team in the smooth and efficient day to day running of Company operations. This role provides a great opportunity for candidates with potential to learn from a highly experienced team and to gain exposure to a fast moving, high growth, fashion brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assistance with general administration for the Operations Team as well as support

    and liaison across other key departments.

  • Support and, as required, additional administration for the Customer Service,

    Warehouse, Wholesale and Merchandising and Private Label teams.

  • Dealing with day to day purchase orders and entering them onto the Company

    systems.

  • Setting up new products on Company systems including coding and names.

  • Ensuring master collections are up to date.

  • Entering new sales orders on to Company systems.

  • Timely and accurate processing of cash sales.

  • Crediting Private Label and wholesale returns.

  • Adjusting press gifting on Company systems.

  • Printing labels for wholesale.

  • Active contribution to the positive working environment and Company culture.

  • Creating weekly & monthly sales reports.

    Experience, Skills & Competencies:

  • Highly organised and efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritise a high work

    load

  • Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good initiative and ability to put forward improvement ideas and problem solve

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills

  • Fluent English and excellent written skills

  • Committed, reliable and keen to learn and develop

  • Strong IT skills (E.G. Word, Excel) as well as ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Previous experience of MNP and Dynamics systems a bonus

  • Previous experience in a fashion e-commerce business would be beneficial
