We are looking for some who has the following:

  • Strong experience across ecommerce operations, fraud management and payments
  • Clear understanding of advanced fraud monitoring tools and up to date experience of fraud techniques
  • Experience with managing multiple payment processors and types
  • Experience of managing direct reports
  • Solid experience of checkout best practice techniques and processes

This role is fully responsible for ensuring the highest number of non-fraudulent orders are fulfilled through the Deckers EMEA websites, by overseeing and managing all payment types and fraud prevention on the websites, and ensuring smooth order processes to protect revenue.

What will the role entail?

This role is responsible for all checkout, order fulfilment and payment KPIs. Ensuring customers on site operational journey is seamless as well as protecting revenue for the business by reducing fraud and chargebacks. You will be responsible for all payment types and options within the region to include managing our relationships with our two EMEA payment service providers to ensure we offer the right payment types, as well as ensure that as many non-fraudulent payments go through as possible.

This role needs to work closely with the wider operations, warehouse, logistics, customer service and trading teams. Reporting to the business on any issues or concerns and developing plans with these teams to deal with any issues or areas that impact the customer.

You will have responsibility for two full time employees; a Fraud Analyst and an Order Fulfilment Analyst.

In addition to the above skills, our ideal candidates will have a CV that also demonstrates:

  • Proven track record in managing ecommerce operations, order fulfilment and payments, ideally in multiple languages
  • Experience using multiple payment providers and multiple payments, beyond credit and debit cards
  • Strong analytical understanding, using an advanced web analytics tool, preferably GA360 or Omniture as well as being able to decipher and present information to senior members of the business
  • A very proactive individual with a willingness to take ownership and accountability, which should include a willingness to learn about all areas of the business that impact the customer
  • The ability to work across teams throughout the business and understand and be able to work with each teams goals
  • Clear understanding of logistics, warehouse processes and systems
  • Clear knowledge of the luxury and premium business customer expectations
