Pay Grade/Pay Range: 58 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 39332.76 Midpoint - $ 57033.60

Department/Organization: 502201 - Student Account Services

Job Summary: The E-Commerce Operations Manager works collaboratively with campus departments and external entities to coordinate e-commerce projects.

Additional Department Summary: This position oversees implementation and daily oversight of institutional credit card operations, as well PCI Data Security Standards, to assure business goals are achieved in a manner that meets compliance standards. This position manages related information and establishes and monitors pertinent deadlines and target dates.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher and two (2) years experience.

Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to utilize PC software applications. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to make decisions based on careful analysis and thoughtful judgment. Must have the ability to work under stress and high levels of activity.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience with credit card support services. Prefer experience in an Institution of Higher Education. Prefer e-commerce operations experience, knowledge of PCI DSS standards and merchant services administration.
