Piedmont Advantage Credit Union is seeking an energetic and engaged E-Commerce Specialist to join our fast=paced Credit Union in Winston-Salem, NC. The E-Commerce specialist administers all aspects of the Credit Union's electronic product and services, accountable for implementing the Credit Union's growth plans in all electronic products and services. Electronic products and services including, but not limited to, ACH, Audio Response, ATMs, Electronic Funds Transfers, Home Banking, Website, Bill Payment, Member Allocations and Deductions, Debit cards and Credit Card services including outsourced functions, mobile banking, payroll, IRAs, and Escheats.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Implement product plans established by the E-Commerce Manager that increase awareness and
    promote use of the credit union's electronic services.
  • Maintain the credit union's electronic products. Assists the training of members and credit union
    staff to use the products.
  • Monitor operations for service quality, insuring all electronic products are delivered within
    established quality standards.
  • Monitor all electronic services to insure they are in compliance with established policies,
    regulations and laws.
  • Maintain fee structures for all electronic products and services to determine that they meet the
    credit union's objectives and policies.
  • Monitor operations of all electronic products and services.
  • Monitor and maintain security for all electronic products
  • Participates in product planning and department budget development for the credit union
  • Monitors industry trends, regarding electronic products and services including, but not limited to, product design, delivery methods, pricing, and new technology while anticipating the best solution.
  • Assist the E-Commerce Manager to fulfill product and department objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, training, experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two to five years of similar or related experience
  • A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
