NBG Home is a leading global designer, manufacturer and marketer of home decor products including custom and ready-made picture framing, lighting, wall d??cor, indoor and outdoor accent furniture and soft goods. We are currently seeking an eCommerce Support Specialist for our headquarters in Northwest Austin, Texas to support our rapidly growing eCommerce team.

Position Overview:

Our eCommerce business is growing rapidly and this position is a key component of continuing that growth. As the eCommerce Coordinator & Support Specialist, you will be supporting our existing team with daily operational tasks, responding to customer questions and feedback, managing promotional calendars, communicating with collaborating departments and much more.

NBG Home is looking for passionate and energetic candidates who thrive on constant change and excel in fast paced team environments. The ability to multitask with a keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be managing several concurrently running initiatives and maintaining a large product catalog on various digital channels. Possessing an analytical skills and creative thinking is also essential in maintaining daily reporting and assisting in developing strategies to improve processes to achieve industry leading results. Our eCommerce department is a highly collaborative environment where we encourage all employees to share ideas and put them into action.

What you'll be doing:

  • Respond to customer questions and concerns with speed, accuracy and professionalism (via email and chat portal)
  • Utilize customer feedback and returns rates to monitor product quality issues and manage QC improvements with Product Managers and Operations teams
  • Manage weekly POS and Sales Reports for key accounts
  • Respond to marketplace account inquiries relating to products, listings and inventory
  • Manage promotional calendar as directed by management
  • Liaise with Creative, Marketing and Operations departments as it pertains to eCommerce development
  • Cross-check, confirm and correct product specs and attributes as needed
  • Organize digital asset requests as directed by management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years' hands on experience in an eCommerce environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Particularly Excel, fluent with formulas is preferred)
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to manage several concurrently running programs and initiatives
  • Proven experience in handling high volume requests and a large product catalog
  • Familiarity with eCommerce Marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart and Overstock
  • A knack for home d??cor and trends is a plus!
