Job Description

The Ecommerce Manager will manage the overall ecommerce business. Responsible for Ecommerce business website oversight including merchandising & inventory, website traffic, order execution, customer services, inventory and back-end site administration.
Develop and manage comprehensive online strategies to improve Sales, UX, marketing ROI and customer satisfaction.Responsible of ECommerce planning, budgeting and growthResponsible for content management, conversion optimization and technical deployments.Research and oversee sourcing of other complimentary products that can be sourced and sold competitively via ECommerce platform.Identify existing Mfg. products that can be sold competitively in current pack-out or new pack-out.Coordinate and setup aged inventory for sale through ECommerce platformEnsure adequate levels of inventory are maintained in the available warehouses to fulfill orders with 2-3 day turn around.Must stay on top of digital trends, competitors, and industry best-practicesManage Google Pay-per-Click Campaigns and monitor Google Analytics for PPC and SEO.Monitor analytics tools to ensure EDI feeds are processing as intended.Analyze shipping costs, research alternative freight carriers to reduce shipping costs and delivery times.Ensure customers are taken care of, refund money where necessary, ship replacement product, quick turn around on RFQ.Monitor, analyze & report website performance, website security and sales achievementManage costs to ensure GP goals are achievedManage customer service representatives including training, developing motivating and conducting performance reviews. Monitor and review to ensure phone and email enquiries are answered in an appropriate time???Work with corporate marketing team to create content and email marketing campaigns
Qualifications: :Previous ECommerce, manufacturing and/or sales support experienceExperience as a seller on eBay and/or Amazon a plusProven leadership and management skills. Must have experience building and managing a cohesive team.Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong sense of urgency and time management skillsHighly motivated individual that works well in a team environment as well as independentlyAbility to communicate clearly and diplomatically to all internal & external customersMust be able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of software programs including but not limited to: Office, Shopify, WordPress, ERP, BI, CRM and Marketing Automation.Possess ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as, probability and statistics. Apply concepts, such as, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
