We are now looking for an Ecommerce Manager to be based from our head office near Amersham.

The Ecommerce Manager will bring a strong technical skill set to the role along with huge amounts of passion, drive and a genuine desire to work for our brand. They will lead and develop a team of three direct reports.

Reporting into the Head of Online our Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the commercial performance of The Entertainer's website and its partner channels. Managing trade, development, CRO and marketplaces, you'll need to be a great all-rounder who can combine strategy and project delivery with a razor-sharp focus on performance.

Responsibilities - Ecommerce Manager

- Lead the ecommerce team and line-manage trade, marketplace and product managers.

- Drive ecommerce trade through stock management, on-site merchandising, product creation, pre-order and search.

- Manage website performance and report on sales, conversion and customer experience.

- Improve CX and conversion through CRO and web development.

- Manage our relationships with our marketplaces and online partners including Amazon.

- Keep the brand at the forefront of ecommerce convenience by trialling new technologies, payment methods and fulfilment options.

- Accelerate brand growth through launching localised versions of the website and new partnerships and marketplaces.

- Represent the web team around the business, influencing at board level and working closely with IT, buying, customer service and fulfilment.

- Work closely with the online marketing manager and head of online to produce the online budget and hit targets.

Required Skills - Ecommerce Manager

- You'll be a great leader who inspires their team and the wider business to drive ecommerce growth in the UK and abroad.

- Strong trading and commercial acumen with at least five years' experience in retail, leisure, hospitality or a multi site brand.

- Detailed understanding of ecommerce, with hands-on experience of merchandising, customer journeys, online marketing, website analytics and CRO, technology selection.

- Experience of managing agencies, third parties and marketplaces.

- Great influencing skills and comfortable communicating at a senior level.

- Experience driving large ecommerce projects from business case to delivery.

- Inspiring leader with a track record of getting teams working together and coaching and developing individuals.

- Analytical and very comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.

- Customer focused with a passion for delivering a great online experience.
