We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our lean talented team here at Funky Pigeon based in Bristol. The main purpose of this role is to plan, implement, manage and optimise a marketing strategy which drives high quality website traffic, ensuring it delivers a strong ROI across all channels. You will be accountable for investing a multi million pound budget across various marketing channels. A commercially minded approach is needed to challenge the status quo whilst managing and developing a small team.

What will you do?
Working closely with the Senior Management Team you will drive and influence business decisions, explore new and innovative ways to drive profitable website traffic and develop your team. The key areas you will be accountable for will include; Search - tactical planning and management of all search activity to drive customer acquisition and retention. Working across PPC, Display, Video, Paid Social and SEO you will consistently deliver profitable traffic at an agreed ROI. You will forge and maintain strong working relationships with the Digital Marketing Agency to ensure all paid media activity is planned and executed on time. Email - You will manage and influence all aspects of the email marketing strategy to ensure this channel is being used effectively and innovatively, whilst managing ongoing data processes, data hygiene and compliance with relevant legislation. Media- You will lead the strategic thinking and work with a media agency to plan campaigns within agreed budgets, drive brand awareness and customer consideration predominantly through TV advertising. Creative - Managing the creative process for emails and digital marketing assets with focus on TV and video content, you will lead the creative conversations with the marketing agency to ensure the right seasonal message is being delivered across the correct channel.

Who are we looking for?
You will be an experienced Digital Marketing Manager coming from a similar background. Your strong leadership skills with your proven background in successful delivery of high quality marketing projects will drive your creative and innovative mindset to deliver a ground breaking marketing strategy for us. You will possess strong commercial acumen combined with excellent financial management skills with the ability to oversee a multi million pound budget. Your impeccable communication skills and experience of managing agencies, combined with a natural persuasive style will influence and drive business decisions. If you are highly organised, able to see the 'big picture' with an eagle eye for finer detail you could be our ideal candidate.
