Job Description

We currently have a super exciting Ecommerce Operations Manager role for a British fashion brand. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a mid to high end brand where fashion is inspired by film, lead by a brilliant film producer, an exceptional stylist and an innovative designer.

You will be involved in all aspects of the preparation and selling of all products on the Elensa website through various ecommerce avenues. The work will be varied, and you will be able learn about the many facets of this dynamic industry.

This role will best suit a technically minded person who is very comfortable with computers and the online space including ecommerce, social media, etc. You must be able to work with packages such as MS Excel, Word, etc.

Duties will include:

  • Receiving and processing of Elensa stock uploading online
  • Liaising with the copywriter to ensure all product descriptions meet required deadlines
  • Managing inventory levels for online store and keeping accurate data records
  • Processing and fulfilling completed orders
  • Managing the online customer service
  • Sample management
  • Liaising with 3 rd party fashion brands
  • Liaising with web developer and web photographers to ensure products are photographed, tracked and retuned by the deadline

Additional duties which may be applied as this is a fledgling brand at the start of expanding its valued team. The job role is an all-encompassing role and you may be expected to assist in other areas such as travel, events, photo shoots etc.

We are looking for the following experience:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in multi-disciplined digital departments
Working closely with various areas/teams within a business
Working with 3rd party agencies
Luxury/fashion background preferable
Strong IT skills and preferable google analytics knowledge

Skills required:

  • Strong work ethic - with an ability to work well without supervision
  • Technically minded
  • Office computer skills - fluent with Ms Excel, Word etc

This is a role for someone who really wants to dig in for the long term and be part of building something special. You will report to the Operations Senior Executive, meaning that it will initially need a very hands-on approach, involved in every part of the look and feel of the brand. Within 6-8 months, we envisage the company growing, so will the role and the team around you.
