Ecommerce Support Executive

A chance to join an exciting start-up, E-Learning Retail Company in London where the role is both varied and challenging.

They are looking for an Ecommerce Support Executive who is both talented and a tech-savvy problem-solver.

The Role

This Ecommerce Support Executive role is critical to ensuring that their back-end systems run smoothly and that they can offer a seamless service to their customers and internal teams alike. You will be working closely with the customer service team and the development team so it's a great chance to work cross functionally with both technical and non-technical members.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • You will need to have a knack for web technology and a mind-set for troubleshooting online/ecommerce systems

  • You have exposure to any digital marketing system, content management, payments and billing systems

  • You have a track record of successful delivery in a technical role and solving problems in digital infrastructure

Ideals

  • Ideally you have experience working within a high-growth e-commerce business


This is not a day-to-day office IT support role. You will need to have some previous exposure to any CMS, CRM, ERP, WMS and/or payments system used in Ecommerce.

Benefits and Pay:
