Due to continued growth in their Employee Benefits division my client, a blue chip national consultancy, currently seek a talented administrator to join their expanding team.

This is a varied role and will involve a range of client service and administration responsibilities. Duties will include:

  • Supporting corporate clients and assisting with any queries that they may have with their employee benefit arrangements.
  • Assisting scheme members.
  • scheme administration - ensuring that all scheme data is up to date and relevant and producing regular reports regarding scheme membership and employee participation - this will involve significant use of data and MS Excel.
  • Dealing with enquiries concerning traditional employee benefit products such Group Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection as well as dental, gym, and healthcare schemes.
  • Processing employee data using Excel and a range of bespoke databases.
  • Producing wide ranging reports in Excel.
  • Supporting consultants and providing input regarding process and procedural improvement.

Applicants must be highly competent in the use of Excel and ideally possess some form of experience from the Employee Benefits arena or wider financial services industry. You will possess excellent communication skills and a common sense approach to problem solving and the ability to deal with blue chip, corporate clients in a friendly and professional manner.
