The EVP, eCommerce and IPS (Integrated Partner Solutions) is responsible for executing against Elavon s significant organic investment into those areas. Therole is to build a new team as part of the recent investment by US Bank in the business. Currently there are globally over 100 heads and the investment needs us to recruit and additional 100+ sales/revenue focused heads in the next 6 months across the US and Europe whose roles should be focused on maximizing return, minimizing business risk and increasing Elavon s overall growth rate while decreasing dependence on traditional channels.Key role requirements are to build and execute a go to market strategy that:
  • Shifts Elavon s lead sources towards integrated partners, both CP and CNP, at high velocities (thousands of accounts), with a focus on cloud-based business services in addition to web platforms, gateways, point of sale companies and other payment services
  • Builds Elavon s eCommerce and Recurring payments businesses through a direct sales approach in mid-market, national and multi-national sales both in partnership with U. S. Bank relationship managers as well as targeted leads generated through sophisticated targeting
  • Educates and support the existing sales forces (>1000) with SME s and materials
  • Drives ecosystem connectivity to the top 50 web and recurring based platforms
  • Manage all existing referral and key connected partners
  • Leverages Elavon products and services to maximize return
  • Drives an appropriate PR plan with public speaking at key events (EG Money 2020)
  • Advises the product, operational and technology teams regarding competitive intelligence, product and operational opportunities and targeted client experience
  • Develops and builds upon the SCOOP payment facilitator service across all channels, extending its growth pattern
  • Oversees digital marketing and reputation management efforts
The EVP, eCommerce and IPS sets overall go to market approach and priorities to ensure a high realization from the investment, excellent customer experience, high employee satisfaction and market recognition for Elavon s foremost market initiative Qualifications Key requirements include:
  • 15 years experience in eCommerce and / or integrated payments market development at a recognized leader in acquiring and / or gateway
  • International exposure and experience
  • Ability to rapidly absorb competitive positioning, Elavon advantages and develop resulting go to market approach.
  • Ability to adjust the approach by geography
  • Excellent communications skills inclusive of media skill set
  • Sales management and salesforce. com experience
  • Ability to persuade and energize the team
  • Marketing and digital marketing experience
  • P&L, sales forecasting and metrics management skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with direct sales team and matrix across all Elavon sales channels
