A new FinTech Fund is seeking an Executive Assistant, to support the Founders and Fund Manager, who is passionate about their career and willing to roll up their sleeves. The business is well-funded and with ambitious plans and this exciting EA opportunity will allow you to get involved in the business pretty much from conception. This role has huge potential for growth. The charismatic Founders have a real vision and require an exceptional EA who has experience of working within a start-up/entrepreneurial environment preferably within the digital and finance space.

The Role:

You will take responsibility from the outset for setting up the office and putting day to day operational procedures into place as well as providing high level EA support to both of the Founders. In summary, you will be the much-appreciated, go-to person that helps the business run smoothly

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • Helping the C-level executives be as effective as possible in their roles
  • Liaison with overseas sites
  • Managing the executives' daily schedules and maintaining their calendars
  • Managing payments, expenses and international travel itineraries
  • Being the administrative point person for outside industry professionals, business partners, and investors
  • Preparing the ground work for marketing and industry events
  • Ensuring the C-level executives have the necessary information to be able to efficiently manage their meetings
  • Working closely with other members of the executive team on a variety of ad-hoc projects, such as company off-sites or recruiting and industry events
  • Ensuring successful follow-through on a wide variety of projects through use of strong project management and organizational skills

The Person:

  • A good Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting high-level executives post-university
  • Service-oriented team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster relationships
  • Knowledge and experience of basic financial management
  • Strong organizer with the ability to create simple and easy to use processes
  • Independent, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Detail oriented, problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Tech-savvy - existing knowledge of computer programs (including full proficiency in Microsoft Office Products) and the ability to learn quickly new programs,
  • Finance and Digital industry experience would be preferred but is not essential.
