DESCRIPTION - Fintech - Marketing Manager

My client is a fast-growing Fintech that is a technology platform for retailers, banks and payment companies that want to offer end-consumers the option to pay for anything in monthly instalments, in-store and online. Retailers that offer instant finance at the point of sale attract more customers, increase average order values and increase conversion rates. They have a great product, and a great team.

Key Accountabilities of the FIntech Marketing Manager

  • Manage the relationship and performance of the external 3rd Party PR and digital comms relationship
  • Would be responsible for the launch of the new website
  • An accompanying SEO PPC campaign
  • Responsibilities for outbound campaigns
  • Industry events - sourcing and monitoring plus co-ordination of attendance when appropriate
  • Content creation for ad hoc tactical projects and collateral required
  • Monitoring of TrustPilot , Linked in and Twitter feeds
  • Delivery of activity against an annual marketing schedule and continuous update and enhancement of the schedule on a rolling 12month basis
  • Monthly reporting to the exec team against progress of agreed deliverables
  • Source a proposition/solution that supports an ongoing client satisfaction benchmark with a view to implementation towards the latter part of 2018/early 2019

Requirements for the Fintech Marketing Manager

  • Marketing degree of required
  • Experience within FInancial Services/ Fintech/ IT etc
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, preferably with experience working within a start-up
  • The ability to multi-task & prioritise accrodingly

This could suit someone who is a rising star within their organisation looking for their next career move to a more managerial role or alternatively we would consider someone more experienced who can work on a relatively independent basis bringing their own experience to the role.

This opportunity will pay a competitive salary between £36,000 - £50,000 based on experience + a performance related bonus
