We are looking for a new management team member. The potential candidate should have 2+ years of outside sales management and 2+ years of outside sales experience.

Additional skill needed:

  • Recruiting - the succcessful candidate will be responsible for growing and developing their own team through finding top sales reps.
  • Training - Initial, daily and monthly sales training will be required to develop sales reps into a successful sales team.
  • Closing - Goes without saying, if a manager can't close they are not a sales manager as they will be looked to close business for their team as the expert.
