Globcoin requires a customer services assistant to join a buzzing office, 1 minute’s walk from Moorgate tube (Northern Line, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan) We are flexible and a graduate, or student with enough time, may benefit from this first rung on the FinTech ladder

Key duties:
• Answering incoming customer queries from holders of our currency card
• Pro-actively liaising with our partners, to solve customer queries
• You will also have the opportunity to help develop the sales and marketing thrust of our business, and see how a fintech really runs, working with a small friendly team who are based in London and abroad

Key abilities:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent written and verbal English AND fluent French
• Acute attention to detail
• A keen desire to enhance the customer experience and help build our franchise through excellent customer service
• Superb communication skills and how to adapt/respond to different types of character
• Good organisational skills, and the ability to manage your own workload including the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Salary and benefits:
Salary to be negotiated dependent on experience and hours per week (we need at least 2 hours per day commitment Mon - Fri)
