Job Description


??? Manage and develop an effective end to end process for all POS, both Seasonal and Generic, across UK and European Markets: Planning, briefing, allocating and distributing in store POS and Window Graphics to the market both internally and externally.

??? Ensuring all other markets - Franchise and China have a clear approach to POS, in line with the key Group strategy and support in terms of guidance to process

??? Own the POS strategy to ensure the correct messages are delivered through the customer journey and in the relevant volumes - hierarchal approach in line with business strategy.

??? Own the budget for Group POS and print production and work with procurements to ensure we are consistently receiving competitive prices from our nominated suppliers.

??? Manage print suppliers, including QC and assurance.

??? Own the relationship with print production market partner to ensure they are delivering agreed KPI's.

??? Develop processes to effectively manage POS stocks, allocations, store call offs and help desk with print market partner.

??? Maintain store profile to ensure correct allocations of POS.

??? Oversee all briefing of POS for all markets to creative and production teams.

??? Review and adapt the group POS strategy to support the markets business objectives and ensure it is workable for each territory.

??? Manage the Junior POS Manager working together to deliver the POS strategy across markets.

??? Own and deliver a reactive promotional tool kit for all markets.

??? Develop and adapt a rule set for POS allocations, that is relevant to the markets.

??? Act as a gate keeper for all customer facing requests from the business that impacts the markets (includes fitting rooms and in store annoy).

??? Follow the group/brand guidance to oversee the window process for ordering banners and props, owning allocations and costs for the briefs driven from the market.

??? Oversee the communication of weekly POS actions to stores and ensure seasonal communication is relevant to market.

??? Support the Head of Trade Marketing with any relevant projects.

??? Work closely with the Group VM, BMD and Brand teams to ensure all seasonal campaigns are landed effectively and support the business product and pricing strategies.

??? Seek and propose new initiatives to improve impact of message delivered through POS - materials, formats etc

??? Support the opening of new store concepts and model stores to ensure clarity of message is delivered - driving best practice examples through practical implementation

Essential Skills

??? Customer focus

??? Proven understanding and experience of in store communications and POS

??? Proven understanding of retail marketing and customer experience

??? Proven understanding of print production and supply.

??? Proficient at Excel & PowerPoint

??? Ability to work at an extremely fast pace

??? Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

??? Strong analytical skills.

??? Fashion retail experience

??? Understanding of other marketing disciplines particularly trade & planning

Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge and Experience - Minimum 5 years POS/Marketing experience with a proven track record of setting up string allocation and ways of working practises and processes with print suppliers and other retailers.

Minimum level of education or qualifications - Marketing/Retail based degree or equivalent
