Head of Enterprise Sales
Location: Work From Home + travel
Type: Permanent
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 Per Annum (+ excellent benefits & bonus)

Our client is a market leading payments company with an excellent client list and a brilliant reputation. As a fast-moving fin-tech, they offer a strong portfolio of products and the ability to truly deliver solutions to their customers' needs.

Due to growth & career progression, we are now hiring for a Head of Enterprise Sales to join the business, and then develop a small enterprise sales team to deliver growth in this busy market.

The role:

Create and implement an Enterprise Sales strategy for the business, by leveraging new and existing relationships across verticals/sectors, including:

• Manage responses to RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s
• Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities and strategic relationships, often giving guidance/advice to your team
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, both as an individual contributor & manage your teams' sales funnel
• Manage the execution of the creation of your teams account plans with accurate forecasting of opportunities on a monthly/quarterly basis – including the accurate determination of when the sale will land and the associated likelihood of success
• Maximising customer potential through understanding their business and analysing their commercial strategies
• Keep apprised of changing market conditions, competitive landscape and new technologies
• Working to our principles and guidelines; Develop and present professional sales presentations and proposals relevant to each opportunity
• Maintain CRM records, aggressively close deals and finalise contracts, meet/exceed sales quotas and revenue goals

About you:

• Experience as a sales professional with experience selling payments services
• Proven ability to understand the business and technical requirements of integration to a platform.new payments
• Team/people leadership/management experience -- gaining trust & buy in
• Ability to illustrate a proven track record of success
• Experience with legal agreements and redlining process during negotiations
